Through the years there’s been a lot that has changed in my outlook towards things: career, relationships, diet, health and happiness in general. What’s clear is that it’s all very difficult to pin down. What made sense to me in my twenties has changed many times over through just plain trial and error. We can only draw from our past, enjoy the present, and hope for an even better future.

Six years ago I decided to make a huge change in my life. The career that had taken me so far, had proven to give me back only so much in personal fulfillment. I made a risky move psychologically, socially and financially, in what my friends and family deemed ‘crazy’. I quit my job, gave up board rooms and power lunches, and went back to school. All in the hopes of re-inventing myself…as an artist. It’s been tough, but fun, and rewarding.

I became a photographer, and after years of meandering I finally found my ‘voice’ - at least that’s what the art world calls it. But for me it’s been as simple as taking pictures of what I love. Living in downtown New York City in the heart of SoHo, I thrive on the energy of my surroundings - the people, and the cobblestone streets.
